Airline Ticketing Executive

JVP Tours is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Airline Ticketing Executive to join our team.

As an Airline Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by

assisting passengers with their flight reservations, ticketing, and related inquiries. You will also handle

ticket sales, resolve booking issues, and ensure a smooth and efficient ticketing process.

Candidate should have Excellent Knowledge of Airline Ticketing and should know to operate Global

distribution System (GDS) for Example :- Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in making flight reservations, including selecting suitable flight options, providing fare

information, and confirming bookings.

- Issue tickets, process payments, and ensure accuracy in ticketing and billing processes.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries, handling complaints, and

resolving issues related to flight bookings, ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.

- Stay updated with the latest airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends to provide accurate

information to customers.

- Ability to use computer reservation systems (CRS) or global distribution systems (GDS) to search for flight

availability, book flights, and generate tickets.

- Assist passengers with special requests such as seat selection, meal preferences, and wheelchair

assistance.

- Coordinate with airlines to ensure smooth execution of ticketing processes.

- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, transactions, and customer interactions.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
