Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in architectural designing and site execution. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction details.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Visit project sites regularly to monitor execution and ensure design compliance.

• Manage project timelines, quality control, and material approvals.

• Ensure adherence to local building norms and regulations.

• Handle client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.

• Prepare BOQs and assist in project cost estimation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in architectural design and site execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/3Ds Max, and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
