Assistant Production Manager

• Production Planning: Execute daily production schedules to meet delivery targets while maintaining optimal inventory levels of components (contacts, springs, housings, etc.).
• 1. Assist in daily production planning and execution as per targets and schedules.
• 2. Arrange to open all replacement goods with concern department I maintain Record of the Same
• 3. Supervise the assembly line and Sort out the production issue faced by the assembly team
• 4. coordinate with Store teams for and purchase team for Raw material availability and look into the short raw material item.
• 5. should be able to generate the debit notes of the Concerned vender supplier whose material is found defective goods as and when opened & then arrange to send the same, to that vendor by Road transport or courier.
• 6. Maintain Proper documentation of replacement goods coming back from dealer and distributor.
• Process Optimization: Analyze assembly line workflows to reduce bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products comply with international standards (such as IEC, UL, or IS) and internal quality benchmarks.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the floor, from molding defects to automated assembly calibration errors.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) protocols on the shop floor.

Required Skills:

1. Strong Knowledge of electrical manufacturing process, well versed with the electrical switches and electrical accessories Industry.

2. Good leadership and team coordination skills.

3. Problem Solving and Decision Making abilities

4. Computer Knowledge is must.

Eduction:

Candidate should have pass out 12th Standard.

Experience:

1. 3-7 Year of experience in Production or Manufacturing.

2. Prior Experience in electrical switches or electrical accessories manufacturing preferred
