Assistant Restaurant Manager

Looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to immediately join our management and service team at East 7th Pizza & Deli. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for a sales bonus, as well as PF, and ESIC benefits. Weekly offs are fixed on Mondays. Staff are rarely required to stay overtime, but when required overtime is paid at double salary per hour. Salaries are always paid on time. Paid Leave is provided with prior approval.

Job essential requirements:

- English speaking and writing fluency is required.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Whatsapp.

- A hardworking attitude.

- Regular attendance.

- Flexibility to work morning (9am to 6pm) or night (3pm to 12am) shifts as per the restaurant requirement.

Job Duties:

- Taking orders, serving customers, clearing tables, and collecting payments.

- Managing delivery and takeaway orders.

- Managing the service and utility teams to make sure the restaurant is always clean and equipment is functioning properly.

- Daily ordering of raw materials from vendors.

- Managing the staff attendance.

- Taking regular inventory of kitchen and packaging material.

- Training service and utility teams as per company SOPs.
