Job Description
Position: Back-office Coordinator
Requirements: 1) Good communication and negotiation skills.
2) Coordination with suppliers, artists, internal tea and warehouse.
3) Sourcing and follow up of vendors
4) Reporting to the respective Manager/ BD.
5)Must have strong convincing skills and confident personality.
6) Communicating and coordinating with clients regarding order details
Education: 12th with relevant experience OR Graduate
Must have good communication skills in English.
Software Knowledge: Basic knowledge of: MS Excel, Ms Word, PPT and Web Browsing
Experience: Minimum 2 year experience in any office or Backoffice Job.
Preferably candidates from western suburb and age below 30 Years.
