Job Description
Back office operation (only male experience candidate )
*Key Responsibilities:* Only experience male candidate required, job timing 18000 & 22000 in hand job timing 11 am to 11 pm in a month 2 Sunday holiday. 2 time tea one time evening snacks provide by the company. personal mobile not allowed during working hours of the job.
1. *Inventory Management:*
- Inward and outward entry of clothes.
- Coding new clothes and maintaining data entries.
2. *Procurement:*
- Purchasing new clothes from malls with company-provided vehicle and delivery boy.
- Maintaining purchase files with bills and details.
3. *Financial Management:*
- Maintaining expenditure records for readymade and fabric clothes in Excel.
- Cross-checking company credit card expenses and handling GST entries.
- Generating e-bills and maintaining records in Tally software.
4. *Record Keeping:*
- Maintaining records of online rent and deposit amounts.
- Managing GST invoices and e-bills for auditing and tax filing.
*Work Conditions:*
- *Location:* Andheri East MIDC SEEPZ.
- *Timings:* 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM with 2 Sundays off per month.
- *Accommodation:* Company provides accommodation and covers electricity bills; employee covers food expenses.
