Job Description:Sonic Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth internal coordination and accurate record management.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day back office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
• Prepare reports, documents, and data entries as required
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic accounting support
• Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communications
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience:Fresher or candidate with relevant back office experience can apply
