Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

Core Functional Responsibilities

● Search Google/web pages to identify source data as per defined parameters.

● Extract required fields and parameters from source files with accuracy.

● Prepare scribe files in the specified format and update data in Google Sheets/CRM tools.

Note: Candidate should be ok with rotational shifts.

● Meet daily productivity, quality standards, and KPIs.

● Ensure all work delivered is error-free.

General & Cross Functional Responsibilities

● Maintain clear, proactive communication in both verbal and written formats.

● Demonstrate familiarity with online food delivery apps and chains.

● Escalate anomalies, discrepancies, or uncertainties to the Team Leader promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

● Graduate from any discipline (or pursuing master’s).

● Freshers eligible.

● Basic English proficiency (Listening/Reading/Writing/Speaking – Intermediate).

● Strong attention to detail.

● Good command of Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms.

● Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

● Cognitive ability and willingness to learn.

● Effective communication skills.

● Discipline, teamwork, and adaptability to changing shifts.
