Key Requirements:

• Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, internet use, etc.)

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi – written and verbal)

• Ability to handle documentation, emails, and coordination tasks

• Responsible and organized approach to work

• Multitasker

• Ability to analyse situation and act upon the same


Responsibilities:

• Daily data entry and back-office support

• Managing records and maintaining reports

• Assisting in coordination with internal teams and clients

• Handling emails, documents, and follow-ups

• Professional training of products and software
