Back Office Executive

Shipment Processing: Coordinate the packing, labeling, and handover of goods to courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC) on a daily basis.

Data Management (Critical): Maintain a Master Dispatch Register in Excel. Record docket numbers, weights, volumetric dimensions, and destination pin codes accurately.

Tracking & Reporting: Track all active shipments daily. Create "Exception Reports" using Excel to highlight delayed shipments or RTOs (Return to Origin) and communicate this to the Sales team.

Documentation: Ensure all invoices, E-Way bills, and delivery challans are perfectly matched with the physical packages.

Cost Analysis: Check courier bills against our agreed rate cards to identify overcharging or weight discrepancies.

Vendor Coordination: Call and coordinate with local field delivery executives to ensure pickups happen on time.
