Back Office Executive

Back office operation only male experience candidate 

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Inventory Management:*

  - Inward and outward entry of clothes.

  - Coding new clothes and maintaining data entries.

2. *Procurement:*

  - Purchasing new clothes from malls with company-provided vehicle and delivery boy.

  - Maintaining purchase files with bills and details.

3. *Financial Management:*

  - Maintaining expenditure records for readymade and fabric clothes in Excel.

  - Cross-checking company credit card expenses and handling GST entries.

  - Generating e-bills and maintaining records in Tally software.

4. *Record Keeping:*

  - Maintaining records of online rent and deposit amounts.

  - Managing GST invoices and e-bills for auditing and tax filing.

*Work Conditions:*

- *Location:* Andheri East MIDC SEEPZ.

- *Timings:* 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM with 2 Sundays off per month.

Sunday time 11.00 am to 8:00 pm only on sunday entire meal including breakfast and evening snacks will be provied by the company. During office time personal mobile not allowed it has to be submitted to the security team or else kept inside the locker room.

- *Accommodation:* Company provides accommodation and covers electricity bills; employee covers food expenses.
