- Key Responsibilities:Provide haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling based on client requests and trends.
- Recommend hairstyles and grooming services suited to clients’ preferences and face shape.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools, chairs, and workstations after each client.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in men’s grooming and haircutting techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfying salon experience.
- Manage appointments and walk-ins efficiently during peak hours.
- Promote salon products and services when applicable.
- Required Skills:Proficient in different haircutting techniques (fade, taper, scissor cut, etc.).
- Skilled in beard shaping, shaving, and head massages.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of hygiene and grooming.
- Ability to handle client feedback positively.
