🔹 Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial needs, offering suitable insurance plans, and converting leads into successful policy sales.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers for life, health, or general insurance products.
• Explain insurance products (features, benefits, premium, claim process) in a clear and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable insurance plan.
• Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely policy conversion.
• Assist customers in documentation, form filling, online process, and payment completion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM/software.
• Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns politely and convincingly.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and sales scripts.
