Formo is an AI-powered custom design and manufacturing platform that enables creators, designers, and brands across the world to imagine, customize, and sell products — starting with furniture and home décor, and expanding into broader design-led categories.


Together, Cyanique and Formo exist within a single, evolving ecosystem — exploring the future of design, customization, and intelligent making through different but interconnected expressions.


Role Overview


This role is for someone who can think holistically about brand, content, and storytelling.


You will own visual storytelling, short-form video creation, and digital content execution across the Cyanique × Formo ecosystem. The work involves blending design aesthetics, platform thinking, and AI-assisted creation into clear, engaging narratives.


This is not about managing multiple brands — it’s about building one strong, coherent voice that can express different dimensions of the same vision.


Key Responsibilities


1. Brand Storytelling & Visual Design


  • Create high-quality creatives for:

  • Instagram (posts, carousels, stories)
  • Website and landing pages
  • Maintain a clean, premium, design-forward visual language
  • Translate abstract ideas into clear, compelling visual stories
  • Ensure consistency in tone, aesthetics, and storytelling across content



2. Short-Form Video Creation (Very Important)



  • Create byte-sized, eye-catching videos for:
  • Instagram Reels
  • Website and platform experiences
  • Edit videos that are:
  • Aesthetic and minimal
  • Visually engaging
  • Strong in narrative flow
  • Work with:
  • Product and site footage
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Screen recordings (platform journeys)
  • Motion graphics and typography


3. AI-Assisted Content Creation



  • Use AI tools for:
  • Image generation (concepts, moods, storytelling)
  • Video assistance, scripts, captions, and hooks
  • Faster ideation and iteration
  • Stay curious and experimental with emerging creative tools


4. Digital Marketing & Growth Support


  • Plan and manage content calendars
  • Support organic and paid distribution of content
  • Assist with:
  • Instagram / Meta ads
  • Boosting and basic retargeting
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and leads
  • Share insights on what’s working and why


5. Narrative & Brand Thinking (Critical)

  • Balance emotion (design, aesthetics) with intelligence (platform, systems)
  • Ensure storytelling remains clear, premium, and intentional
  • Think in content pillars, not isolated posts
  • Continuously refine how the ecosystem is communicated visually



Who We’re Looking For


Must-Have


  • Strong visual taste (minimal, luxury, design-led)
  • Clear storytelling ability
  • Comfortable with:

  • Graphic design
  • Short-form video editing
  • Social media content creation
  • Comfortable using AI tools in everyday creative workflows
  • Structured thinking and clear communication


Good to Have (Bonus)


  • Background in design, architecture, creative marketing, or media
  • Experience with design-led or tech-driven brands
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels


Tools You May Work With


  • Figma / Adobe Suite / Canva (tool doesn’t matter, output does)
  • Video tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
  • AI tools for image, video, and content ideation
  • Meta Ads Manager (basic level)
