Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you are the revenue engine of Thats My Job.

Your mission is simple and demanding:

bring in new business, sell recruitment services, and constantly spot opportunities to grow revenue.

You’ll work closely with founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers at startups and growing companies who are actively hiring or about to scale.

This is a role for people who like proving value, opening doors, and closing conversations with confidence.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSell recruitment and hiring solutions to startups, SMEs, and fast-growing companies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple channels (calls, LinkedIn, referrals, partnerships)
  • Generate and qualify leads independently
  • Understand client hiring needs and pitch the right solution clearly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, HR heads, and business leaders
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
  • Track leads, deals, and revenue pipelines
  • Continuously think about upselling, cross-selling, and long-term client value
