Business Development Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Business development associate to drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into business. The role involves engaging with potential customers over calls, emails, and digital platforms to promote our products/services and close sales.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Conduct product/service presentations and explain value propositions effectively.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects through CRM tools and ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for smooth lead handovers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion ratios.

• Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with high call volumes.
