Job Description

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, often working closely with sales, marketing, and client service teams to drive growth and revenue. They contribute to overall business development strategy by finding leads, building relationships, and understanding customer needs. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients, market segments, and industries for business expansion. 
  • Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. 
  • Market Research: Analyzing market data, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Sales Support: Working with sales teams to qualify leads and close deals. 
  • Communication: Using various channels (email, phone, social media, etc.) to communicate with potential clients and partners. 
  • Collaboration: Working with other teams (sales, marketing, client services) to achieve business development goals. 
  • Strategic Planning: Supporting the development of business development strategies and initiatives.
