Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring high-net-worth individuals, single- and multi-family offices, and strategic partners while expanding our presence in the institutional and advisory channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with family offices, wealth advisors, fractional CFOs, and related professional networks.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through targeted outreach, networking events, referrals, and partnerships.

• Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored real estate investment solutions.

• Collaborate with internal investment and advisory teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals.

• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback using CRM tools.

• Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.
