Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Present and sell products/services to prospective customers, aligning solutions with their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM tools.
- Provide timely feedback and reports to the sales manager and team leads.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
