Role overview:

The Sales Coordinator will support the Business Development and Operations teams in managing client communication, preparing proposals, coordinating project deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution of mystery shopping assignments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Coordination·       Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for mystery audit services.

·       Follow up with clients for approvals, documentation, and clarifications.

·       Coordinate meeting schedules, calls, and client follow-ups.

·       Maintain updated sales trackers, dashboards, and CRM entries.

2. Client Communication·       Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding queries, report status, and project updates.

·       Share audit reports and ensure timely delivery of client requirements.

·       Obtain feedback from clients and communicate it to internal teams.

3. Project Coordination·       Work with Operations, QA, and Auditor teams to ensure project timelines are met.

·       Track the progress of ongoing mystery audits and update the BD team.

·       Support in preparing project briefs, checklists, and documentation.

 

 

4. Documentation &

Reporting·       Maintain client files, agreements, and data in an organized manner.

·       Prepare weekly/monthly sales and project reports.

·       Update revenue trackers, new leads, and ongoing project statuses.



Key Skills & Requirements:·       Strong communication and coordination skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

·       Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts.

·       Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

·       Experience in mystery shopping, audits, market research, or customer experience (preferred).

·       Ability to work closely with BD and operations teams.



Qualifications:·       Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).

·       1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or client servicing.

·       Prior experience in CX/Mystery Shopping industry is an advantage.
