*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Expand Customer Base*: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base.

- *Digital Marketing*: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to reach potential clients.

- *Awareness Initiatives*: Organize meetings, seminars, and workshops to educate clients about our services.

- *Lead Generation and Conversion*: Close leads, register new cases, and ensure timely realization of reimbursements for insurance claim settlements.

- *Case Management*: Coordinate with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case closure.

- *Independent Decision-Making*: Take ownership of client relationships, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions.

- *Field Visits*: Conduct local, intercity, and interstate visits to clients as required.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in business development, medical insurance, and claim settlement.

- Strong understanding of ESIC regulations and procedures.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead teams.

- Strong digital marketing skills and experience with CRM tools.
