Job Description

Location: India (remote)

Compensation: Fixed + strong performance-linked upside (bonuses)

About the Role

We are building an AI tool that sends accurate meeting notes within 1 minute after any Zoom/Teams call.

You will be the first business hire and will help take this product to companies across the world.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.

You will manage almost everything in the beginning — outreach, demos, onboarding, customer support, and growing accounts — until the team expands.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to companies and book meetings
  • Show the product in demos and start pilot programs
  • Convert pilots into paying customers
  • Help customers use the tool and grow their usage
  • Work closely with the founders on ideas, improvements, and strategy
  • Build simple processes that help us sell faster and serve customers better
  • Take responsibility for targets and make things happen end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

  • Is hungry to build something from scratch
  • Can work independently and handle many tasks at once
  • Communicates clearly with customers
  • Is comfortable working hard and putting in long hours when needed
  • Enjoys solving problems without waiting for instructions
  • Wants to grow fast as the company grows

Experience in sales, business development, consulting, or working with global clients is helpful but not required.
