Designation : Business Development Manager
- * Recruit and develop a team of advisors
- * Train them on products, processes, and sales skills
- * Support them in client acquisition and business generation
- * Guide customers to choose suitable financial solutions
- * Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets
- * Handle customer queries and ensure smooth operations
Required Candidate profile :
