Role Description:-

We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager – IT Services to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in international markets (primarily US, UK, Canada, and Australia).

This is a full-time remote position for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in IT services and international client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Custom Software, etc.)
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email outreach, and other outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Build long-term relationships with international clients
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Qualification & Skills:-

  • 3+ years of experience in IT services sales
  • Proven track record of closing international clients
  • Strong understanding of service-based IT business
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools
  • Target-oriented and self-driven
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Performance Matrix (KPIs):-

  • Monthly revenue target
  • Number of qualified meetings booked
  • Deal closure rate
  • Pipeline growth

Salary Structure:-

  • 30,000 to 40,000 fixed salary (as per experience)
  • Attractive commission structure
  • Performance-based incentives
