Role Description:-
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager – IT Services to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in international markets (primarily US, UK, Canada, and Australia).
This is a full-time remote position for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in IT services and international client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Custom Software, etc.)
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email outreach, and other outbound strategies
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Build long-term relationships with international clients
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Qualification & Skills:-
- 3+ years of experience in IT services sales
- Proven track record of closing international clients
- Strong understanding of service-based IT business
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Performance Matrix (KPIs):-
- Monthly revenue target
- Number of qualified meetings booked
- Deal closure rate
- Pipeline growth
Salary Structure:-
- 30,000 to 40,000 fixed salary (as per experience)
- Attractive commission structure
- Performance-based incentives
