Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive membership sales, generate leads, build corporate partnerships, and increase overall revenue for the fitness center. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales ability, and a passion for fitness.
Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and leads into memberships.
Follow up with prospective clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Promote personal training packages and additional services.
