🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development & Account Manager who can:

• Generate new business
• Handle existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure smooth execution of client projects

This is a hybrid role combining sales + client management + operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🟢 Business Development (Sales)

• Identify and approach potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Pitch digital marketing & website services
• Generate leads and convert them into clients
• Follow up regularly to close deals
• Build long-term business relationships

🟢 Client Management

• Act as the main point of contact for all clients
• Understand client requirements clearly
• Communicate updates and take feedback
• Upsell additional services (social media, ads, website upgrades)
• Maintain client satisfaction and retention

🟢 Team Coordination & Execution

• Explain client requirements to internal team (designers, marketers, developers)
• Assign tasks and ensure proper execution
• Follow up with team for deadlines
• Ensure quality work is delivered on time
• Handle revisions and client feedback efficiently

🔹 Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in digital marketing / sales / account management
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English required)
• Basic understanding of:

• Website development
• Paid ads (basic knowledge is enough)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients/projects
