Job Summary:

We are looking for a Career Advisor / Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counselling students and parents, managing enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on courses and career options

Handle enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups

Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling

Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM/Excel

Achieve monthly admission targets

Required Skills:

Strong communication and counselling skills

Target-driven and result-oriented

Good objection-handling and persuasion abilities

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)

Preferred Experience:

Education counselling or admissions background

Experience in training institutes or service-sector sales
