Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood and other materials.
- Install structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, partitions, and frameworks.
- Repair and maintain existing wooden fixtures and furniture.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements and proper alignment of structures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to complete projects on time.
- Requirements:Proven experience as a Carpenter (2–5 years preferred).
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Basic understanding of safety standards.
