Responsibilities: Channel Sales II Customer Acquisition II Lead Generation
 
-	Has a strong and big network of realtors, builders, architects and interior designers
-	New Business development: Constantly seeking new opportunities to increase and extend the scope of Homance business operations
-	Create and generate lead funnels and lead via channel partnership
-	Manage lead targets across multiple locations and deliver on the same to inside sales
-	Measure and report performance of all channel partners and new initiatives 
-	Plan and execute key programs for multiple channel partners
-	Work in tandem with other marketing teams and sales to reach revenue targets and execute marketing communication 
-	Work with Architects/Builders to design executive communication to onboard them
-	Maintain relationships with top performing channel partners
-	Ensure strong sales, partner and business alignment through cross- functional collaborations to drive execution
-	Pitching Homance, onboarding prime channel partners and supporting them in creating awareness about the brand
-	Constantly training the team to improve their pitch and find new partners and drive leads out of the same
-	Single handily being responsible for revenue targets from the team
