Job Title: Customer Support Executive – UK Banking Process

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹28,000 per month (depending on experience)

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Week Offs)

Job Description:We are hiring dynamic and enthusiastic candidates for a UK Banking Process (Non-Voice/Chat Process) based in Goregaon. This role involves handling customer queries through chat support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding banking services and processes
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation of interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
