🔥 Role OverviewThe Chef de Partie – Pastry will be responsible for managing the pastry section, ensuring consistent product quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising junior kitchen staff.

This is a leadership role within the pastry department.

• 🛠 Key Responsibilities🍰 Production & Quality ControlHandle daily production of cakes, cheesecakes, brownies, tres leches, pastries, and baked items
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
• Follow and improve existing recipes & SOPs
