Civil Billing Engineer

The Billing Engineer will manage project cost estimation, client billing, subcontractor billing, and ensure accurate documentation of project finances. The role involves coordinating with site teams and clients to maintain smooth financial workflows and adherence to budgets in the civil and interior works sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare RA bills and final bills for finishing works
• Measurement of completed finishing items as per BOQ & drawings
• Handle billing for plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, doors & windows
• Certification and verification of sub-contractor bills
• Prepare variation statements, extra items, and rate analysis
• Coordinate with site finishing engineers for work progress & measurements
• Maintain billing records, abstracts, and MIS reports
• Monitor cost vs budget for finishing activities
• Assist in payment follow-ups with clients and consultants
• Ensure billing complies with contract and quality standards

Qualifications:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in billing, preferably in construction or interior projects.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, project estimation, and contracts.
