Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Drafter (Civil) at Newarch® located in Borivali, Mumbai.The Civil Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by design leads. This role involves interpreting designs, calculating dimensions and measurements, and preparing accurate plans to guide the construction and landscaping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings for construction projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with Design leads and Project Partners to understand project requirements.
• Revise and update existing drawings to reflect changes in project scope or design.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive drawing library for all projects.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and verify the accuracy of drawings.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting or a similar role.
• Experience working on construction or landscaping projects is preferred.
• Proven experience with CAD software and drafting techniques.
