Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager – Existing Clients to manage and grow relationships with our current customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service, addressing client queries, and identifying opportunities to upsell or renew services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

* Handle client inquiries promptly and ensure timely resolution of issues.

* Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.

* Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and quality service..

* Ensure timely reminders, notifications, and follow-ups are sent to customers.

* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and solutions.

* Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
