Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in collections, finance, or customer service.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective negotiation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software/collection systems.
Education: 12th pass and above
Common Qualifications
- Knowledge of local debt collection laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly collection targets
Salary _ Range between 18k to 30K CTC, fresher are also welcome
