Collection Executive / Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for timely payment of outstanding dues
• Make outbound calls and send reminders via phone, email, or messages
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions
• Resolve billing and payment-related issues professionally
• Negotiate payment plans where required
• Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining customer relationships
• Coordinate with accounts and finance teams

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma / HSC (10th Pass)
• Prior experience in collections or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Professional and ethical approach to collections
