Outbound calls to international customers for overdue payments
Handle 3rd party collections
Negotiate payments and settlements
Follow compliance and process guidelines
Minimum 1 year of international bpo experiences requirements & There should not be recent gap more than 6 months.
5 days working 2 rotational week offs.
