Collection/Recovery Agent

• Collect outstanding payments from customers through field visits or phone calls.
• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts and pending EMIs.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Explain payment methods and resolve basic customer queries.
• Ensure collections are done as per company policies and legal guidelines.
• Submit daily/weekly collection and recovery reports to the supervisor.
• Maintain professional behavior and protect company reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Experience in collection/recovery preferred; freshers can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets and pressure.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (for field role).
• Knowledge of local areas is an advantage.
