Collection Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a result-oriented Team Lead to oversee the Personal Loan Collection Department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collection executives, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining healthy portfolio performance while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of collection executives.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly collection and recovery targets.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and strategize recovery plans to minimize NPAs.
• Ensure accurate follow-up on overdue accounts and customer commitments.
• Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements in line with company policy.
• Generate daily and weekly MIS reports on collections performance and team productivity.
• Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with fair collection practices and internal audit standards.
• Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for account resolution.
