Collection Team Leader

The Team Lead – Collections is responsible for managing and motivating a team of collection agents to achieve recovery targets while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and customer service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of collection executives
• Monitor daily collections and ensure targets are met
• Handle escalated customer cases and resolve payment issues
• Track team performance and prepare MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Train and coach team members to improve productivity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in collections with team handling
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies
• Basic computer & reporting skills
