About the Role

We are seeking a Command Center Auditor to join our operations team. The role requires keen attention to detail, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) while working directly at the client’s premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit recorded camera footage across multiple screens to identify gaps, deviations, and non-compliance as per defined SOPs.
• Accurately document observations and prepare comprehensive audit reports in Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely reporting.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization effectively while working at the client command center.
• Adhere to command center rules and protocols (e.g., no mobile phones allowed inside the command center).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data recording, reporting, and analysis).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze camera footage and detect operational gaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and presentable demeanor to interact with clients effectively.

Shift & Working Hours

• Night Shift: Monday to Saturday (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).

Other Requirements

• Ability to work in a high-focus environment with strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance.
• Comfortable working full-time in a night shift.
• Willingness to work from client premises with restricted use of personal devices (no mobile phones allowed inside the command center).
