Commis Chef

We are hiring a passionate and skilled Commis Chef to support food preparation and production. Depending on experience level (I/II/III), the commis will handle specific prep areas, assist in cooking, and maintain high kitchen standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning) as per station requirements.
• Cook or assist in cooking under supervision, depending on role level.
• Maintain mise en place for assigned section.
• Ensure consistency and quality in preparation and presentation.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and FSSAI food handling protocols.
• Collaborate with team to maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Requirements:
• Hotel Management diploma or culinary certification preferred (for Commi I/II).
• 0–2 years experience for Commi III, 2–4 years for Commi II/I.
• Familiarity with vegetarian cuisine, pizza, pasta, or international menus is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to assist in basic food prep, kitchen cleaning, and back-of-house support. The ideal candidate will help maintain hygiene, ensure smooth kitchen operations, and support chefs as needed.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in cleaning, peeling, chopping vegetables and other basic prep work.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas.
• Dispose of waste in a timely and hygienic manner.
• Assist chefs during busy service hours with tasks like fetching ingredients or plating prep.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Requirements:
• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene practices.
• Physically fit to handle standing for long hours and lifting lightweight items.
