Job Summary-

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, laborers, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining safety and compliance at the construction site.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:-

* Manage day to day site operation for project

*Ensuring the construction Quality and coordination between contractor, engineer, project team.

1. Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
2. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
4. Plan and allocate daily tasks to site workers and track productivity.
5. Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship at all stages of construction.
6. Maintain proper site records including daily progress reports (DPR).
7. Check material deliveries, consumption, and site inventory.
8. Ensure compliance with safety norms, site discipline, and statutory regulations.
9. Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and consultants for clarifications.
10. Identify site issues and report deviations, delays, or shortages to management.
11. Assist in inspections, measurements, and certification of work completed.
12. Monitor timelines and support completion of work within scheduled deadlines.
13. Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.
