Control Panel Wiring Technician / Electrician

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Control Panel Wiring Technician / Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wiring, assembling, and testing electrical control panels as per drawings and industry standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Knowledge of electrical wiring & panel assembly.

·       Ability to read wiring diagrams.

·       Read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts.

·       Perform wiring and assembly of control panels, MCCs, PLC panels, and distribution boards.

·       Familiarity with electrical components (MCB, MCCB, relays, PLCs, drives).

·       Mount and connect electrical components (relays, breakers, contactors, meter, etc.).

·       Conduct testing: continuity, insulation, and functional checks.

·       Troubleshoot wiring errors and rectify faults.

·       Ensure proper cable management, earthing, and labelling.

·       Follow electrical safety rules and industry standards.

·       Hands-on with tools (crimping, Multimeter, testing equipment).

·       Assist in installation and maintenance at customer sites

Requirements:

·       ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

·       Proven experience (0–5 years) in control panel wiring and electrical assembly.

·       Strong knowledge of industrial electrical components, wiring standards, and safety practices.

·       Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

·       Hands-on experience with multimeters, continuity testers, and panel testing tools.

·       Knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation systems will be an added advantage.

·       Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
