Job Description:

Bonfire Hospitality is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef/Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in multi-cuisine preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver consistent quality with every dish.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per menu and guest preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals
• Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Innovate and suggest new recipes and presentations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a restaurant/hospitality setup
• Knowledge of various cuisines (e.g., Indian, Continental, Chinese)
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
