Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage an existing Core PHP + MySQL based software
- Understand client requirements and implement changes in the existing codebase
- Bug fixing, performance optimization, and small feature enhancements
- Work on database queries, reports, and backend business logic
- Handle basic live server tasks (deployment, updates, backups)
- Coordinate directly with a non-technical owner and provide clear updates
- Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)Strong hands-on experience in Core PHP (without frameworks)
- Good knowledge of MySQL
- Experience working on live / existing software projects
- Ability to read, understand, and modify someone else’s code
- Basic knowledge of server, hosting, or cPanel
- Responsible, honest, and long-term oriented mindset
- ➕ Good to Have (Bonus Skills)Laravel or CodeIgniter experience
- jQuery / JavaScript basics
- Experience in ERP / CRM / Rental / Billing software
