Job Opening: Field Sales Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site | Outdoor Corporate Sales

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Field Sales Executive (Corporate Sales – B2B) to expand our corporate client base and drive bulk and recurring orders.


Key Responsibilities

Corporate Client Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard corporate clients across industries such as offices, agencies, media houses, hotels, retail chains, and production houses
  • Conduct outdoor meetings, sales pitches, and product presentations

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Promote bakery products, festive hampers, bulk orders, and corporate gifting solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customised sales packages

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Corporate Teams
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups for repeat and long-term business

Market Research

  • Monitor competitor activities and corporate gifting trends
  • Identify new business opportunities and suggest product or sales improvements
  • Coordinate with production, outlet teams, and delivery partners for smooth order execution
  • Ensure timely communication and fulfilment of bulk and corporate orders
  • Candidate Requirements3–4 years of hands-on corporate sales / B2B field sales experience
  • Experience in FMCG, hospitality, food brands, gifting, or corporate services is preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with outdoor sales, client meetings, and target-based roles
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
