Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counselor to guide students and parents for MBBS admissions in India and Abroad. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counselling students, and converting visits into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads (calls / WhatsApp / walk-ins)
Counsel students & parents regarding MBBS admission process (India & Abroad)
Explain courses, colleges, fees structure & eligibility
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain proper data and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with admission team and ensure smooth process
