Role & Responsibilities

• Work on leads generated through Kind Jobs’ official advertisement campaigns

• Call and WhatsApp candidates professionally

• Explain the opportunity clearly as per the approved script

• Answer candidate queries accurately without false commitments

• Schedule qualified meetings for Career Coaches using Calendly / Koalendar

• Ensure only genuinely interested and eligible candidates are scheduled

• Maintain accurate reporting and updates as per internal tracking requirements

• Coordinate with Career Coaches to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (English language skills mandatory)

• Confidence in handling calls and WhatsApp communication

• Basic understanding of scheduling tools

• Self-discipline and honesty in a remote work setup
