Job Title : CRM Specialist (Female Only – Multi-State Operations)

🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for smart, multi-skilled, and highly disciplined female professionals with proven experience in outbound tele-calling,

CRM handling, and coordination.



The role involves connecting with schools, scheduling appointments, raising invoices, managing CRM data, and supporting the on-field sales team to drive business conversions.


  • 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to schools and preschools across different states.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the on-field sales team.
  • Maintain and update all customer data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, estimates, and payment reminders.
  • Coordinate courier follow-ups and documentation.
  • Maintain daily communication and coordination with on-field marketing/sales teams.
  • Share creative ideas for improving customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships through professional communication.

✅ Excellent English communication and Any one regional language (as per assigned state):

  • Karnataka: Kannada + English
  • Tamil Nadu: Tamil + English
  • North India: Hindi / Marathi + English
  • Andhra / Telangana: Telugu + English
  • Essential Experience (Mandatory)Proven Outbound Telecalling experience – must have prior calling exposure.
  • Strong skills in Scheduling, Follow-up, and Appointment Coordination.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools for leads and data management.
  • Experience in Invoice generation, Estimate preparation, and Payment tracking.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
