🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for smart, multi-skilled, and highly disciplined female professionals with proven experience in outbound tele-calling,
CRM handling, and coordination.
The role involves connecting with schools, scheduling appointments, raising invoices, managing CRM data, and supporting the on-field sales team to drive business conversions.
- 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to schools and preschools across different states.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the on-field sales team.
- Maintain and update all customer data, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare and manage invoices, estimates, and payment reminders.
- Coordinate courier follow-ups and documentation.
- Maintain daily communication and coordination with on-field marketing/sales teams.
- Share creative ideas for improving customer engagement and lead generation.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships through professional communication.

who can manage professional tele-calling, CRM, and coordination work independently.
✅ Excellent English communication and Any one regional language (as per assigned state):
- Karnataka: Kannada + English
- Tamil Nadu: Tamil + English
- North India: Hindi / Marathi + English
- Andhra / Telangana: Telugu + English
- Essential Experience (Mandatory)Proven Outbound Telecalling experience – must have prior calling exposure.
- Strong skills in Scheduling, Follow-up, and Appointment Coordination.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools for leads and data management.
- Experience in Invoice generation, Estimate preparation, and Payment tracking.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
